Increase in Boko haram attacks in NE Nigeria raises concerns


North-eastern Nigeria has been hit by a wave of Boko Haram attacks, months after the military claimed the insurgents had been defeated. Acting President Yemi Osinbajo recently relocated his military chiefs to Maiduguri, to directly oversee anti-Boko Haram offensives. And yet the attacks have continued.
