“US has tried to tilt Russia polls for years

The Russian president has accused the US of having tried for years to influence Russian elections. Vladimir Putin was referring to former FBI chief James Comey's testimony to the US Senate's Intelligence Committee. Putin said Comey gave no evidence to prove that Moscow tried to tilt the 2016 presidential election in Donald Trump’s favor. He said it was very strange that the former FBI chief released details of his conversations with the US president to the media. Trump’s victory in the vote has been marred by allegations of huge support from the Kremlin to sway the election in his favor. The US president rejects the accusations.
