The US Secretary of State is testifying before lawmakers on Budget cuts and links between the administration and Russia.
Members of the Senate and House of Representatives are questioning US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson regarding Trump's unpopular budget. Foreign Relations and a Senate Appropriations subcommittee will also question Tillerson on conflicting messages about foreign affairs and links between the administration and Russia.
The US Attorney general Jeff Sessions will also face tough questions from the Senate Intelligence Committee. His previous statements on Russian meetings were found to be false. He is also being grilled for his role in the firing of the FBI director, James Comey.
