More than 140 people have died and scores have been injured after an oil tanker flipped over and burst into flames on a highway on the outskirts of the city of Bahawalpur. A local government official said most victims are residents who had rushed to the scene to collect leaking fuel. The death toll is likely to rise as some of the injured are in a critical condition.
