"NSA collected 151million phone record in 2016"

The U-S National Security Agency allegedly collected more than one-hundred fifty-one million records of Americans' phone calls last year.
A report, released by the office of the Director of National Intelligence, shows the large-scale wiretapping took place despite Congress limiting the NSA’s powers to collect phone call records. The NSA gathered the records of so many phone calls even though it had warrants from a court to spy on only a few dozen terrorism suspects identified in 20-15 and 20-16. The report comes as Congress reviews a law which permits the NSA to collect intelligence information on non-American persons outside the United States.
