Despite the
Minsk peace agreements signed back in 2014 and 2015,
Ukrainian government troops and
pro-Russia fighters continue to violate
the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine. The violations have claimed 2 times
more lives since the beginning of 2017 compared to the same period last
year.
