Chinese farmer builds IRON HORSE to pull him around town
After 12 years of work, Xiancheng Dong, a farmer in Huang county, Henan
province, is finally living the dream in his carriage with its own 'iron
horse.' Dong presented the horse on the streets of Henan on Friday.
The
homemade steed is 1.2 metres (3.93 feet) tall and 1.7 metres (5.57
feet) long, and weighs just over 100 kg (220 pounds). The horse is
followed by a 3.5 metre long (11.48 feet) and two-metre high (6.56 feet)
carriage. Dong can control the mechanical horse's speed and direction
inside the carriage.
As Dong said, making the machine already
showcases his talents and he has no desire to spend more attention and
time on producing other small machines. All that effort has now paid
off, and he suitably impresses the locals with the device.
