People protest against Zuma's cabinet reshuffle in South Africa

The dismissal of South African Finance Minister Pravin Gord-han by President Jacob Zuma has caused political and financial turmoil in the country.
Hundreds of South African people protested outside the parliament and national treasury against a major cabinet reshuffle. The country’s currency also has slipped after the decision. Apart from Gord-han, Zuma replaced ten of the country’s 35 ministers. Gord-han was the first person in charge that was sacked after months of battle with the president over government spending plans. South Africa's ruling party, the African National Congress, has accused Zuma of removing those who were reforming the government.
