Italian prosecutor accuses NGOs of working with smugglers

An Italian prosecutor claims to have evidence of collusion between aid groups operating rescue boats in the Mediterranean and human smugglers based in Libya. NGOs have rejected the accusations, saying their only objective is to save lives.
