Brazilian porn actress Kamilla Warneck defended her lifestyle before her faith in an interview with the TV show Pornolandia. The 25-year-old grew up in a deeply Evangelical household but left at the age of 15 to pursue another lifestyle. At the age of 18, Warneck started her career in the sex industry as a stripper and pole dancer.
Although Warneck hasn’t told her family about her profession, she already lost contact with them after divorcing her husband to move in with a woman. Now, she says she doesn’t care if they find out.
“People are very judgemental. They try to make you conform in a way they think an Evangelical should be becThis Brazilian Model Is An Evangelical Christian… And A Porn Starause society says so. But I don’t agree with this. I think God sees inside our hearts. He judges the good and the bad things you do, and I do good things for people,” said Warneck. “I’m a good person at heart and that’s what matters.”
Finally, the porn actress defends her work as a successful career profession.
“I love my work and I want people to appreciate and respect what I do. It’s job where I make good money and I am successful,” said Warneck.

Unfortunately, not all porn actresses are able to enjoy their profession as much as Warneck claims to. Furthermore, actresses in the porn industry live less, contract more STDs, and experience more aggression than their male counterparts – voluntary actresses included.
A Brazilian awareness campaign, launched by the Feminist Sexuality and Health Collective, brought these facts to porn consumers. This Brazilian Model Is An Evangelical Christian… And A Porn Star

In a clever campaign strategy, the video was posted on sites that resembled popular porn sites but had a letter or two off. The campaign bought out over 100 URLs resembling popular porn sites to post the following video.

While Brazil’s sex industry focuses on bringing pleasure to their consumers, oftentimes they neglect the basic health and safety of the very objects of desire.
