The Syrian army continues its operations against terrorist groups, making significant gains across the country.
A military official says government forces have recaptured the city of Dayr Hafir in the eastern countryside of Aleppo from Daesh. The Syrian troops have also retaken 27 towns and villages surrounding the city as well as parts of the Aleppo-Raqqa international highway. Meanwhile, Syria says over two-thousand terrorists have been killed in the northern countryside of Hama over past 6 days. Government troops backed by allied fighters retook territory from Al-Nusra Front terrorists north and west of Hama city. The Syrian government is fighting those groups which are not part of a ceasefire agreement signed with foreign backed militants.
