NATO’s Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has called for mutual respect,
calm and de-escalation as tensions rise between two members of the
alliance, the Netherlands and Turkey. Stoltenberg made the plea as he
launched NATO's annual report. He also talked about the alliance’s
planned troops deployments in eastern Europe.
