Tusk: Trump administration 'threat to bloc'

European Council President Donald Tusk has described the new US administration under President Donald Trump as a threat to the 28-nation bloc.
In a letter to EU leaders, Tusk said that worrying declarations by the new US administration make the future of the EU highly unpredictable. The EU chief noted that the change in Washington’s foreign policy has put the EU in a difficult situation with many people are turning euro-skeptic. He urged European countries to stay united and to improve trade with other countries. Tensions have been rising between the Washington and the EU ever since Trump took office as the president of the United States.
