A Malaysian ship has arrived in Bangladesh, carrying humanitarian aid for tens of thousands of Rohingya Muslims who have escaped persecution in Myanmar. The ship docked at the Chitta-gong port in southeastern Bangladesh. It contained some 1,500 tonnes of food, clothing and medical items. The UN human rights office has documented gang rape, murder, torture and other atrocities against the world’s most persecuted minority.
