
Pakistanis are mourning the death of those killed in a deadly bomb attack in the country’s Sindh province.
The mourners expressed grief for the victims of a blast that ripped though a famous Sufi shrine in the city of Sehwan. They also called on authorities to ratchet up security measures to fend off any possible terrorist attacks in the country. Meanwhile, police have launched a security crackdown, arresting scores of suspects in relation with the incident. They have also killed nearly 20 terrorists during overnight operations. Wednesday’s massive explosion targeted a large crowd, who had gathered at the site to perform special rituals and prayers. It killed at least 75 people and injured many more.
